Our team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (mainland Spain time). On weekends and holidays, response time may extend up to 48 hours, but you will always receive a reply.

Yes. If the app does not sync your workouts, data is not saved, or you see an error in the interface, write to us with a screenshot and your browser or device version. We will provide a solution within 12 hours.

Our support includes basic guidance on how to use the training templates. If you need a fully individualized plan, you can request a consultation session via email at info@hypergym.com. We will explain the steps to follow.

Questions about payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled directly by email. Write to us at info@hypergym.com with the subject "Billing" and we will respond within a maximum of 24 hours.
