By accessing and using the FitNeon platform, you accept the conditions governing the relationship between users and HyperGym. These terms have been drafted to ensure transparency, legal certainty, and a responsible digital experience.
HyperGym offers a digital platform for training, physical activity tracking, and motivational content. The service includes video routines, personalized plans, performance statistics, and a social community. Any use of the platform for purposes other than those described, as well as unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content, is expressly prohibited.
The user agrees to provide truthful data during registration, not to share their access credentials, and to use the platform in accordance with applicable law. They are responsible for assessing their health status before starting any training program. HyperGym is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of routines or failure to follow medical recommendations.
All audiovisual content, texts, graphics, logos, and software on the platform are owned by HyperGym or are duly licensed. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the content solely for personal and non-commercial use. Mass downloading, reverse engineering, or modification of any element of the platform is prohibited.
HyperGym shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions due to technical maintenance, or force majeure events. The platform is provided "as is," without implied warranties of continuous availability or specific results. The user acknowledges that training results depend on multiple individual factors and that HyperGym does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, or any other specific benefit.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at policy.html. HyperGym adopts technical and organizational measures to protect user information. We do not share health data with third parties without explicit consent. The user may request the deletion of their account and data at any time by writing to info@hypergym.com.
HyperGym reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes at least 15 days in advance through the platform or by email. The user may terminate their account at any time from the profile settings. HyperGym may suspend access in the event of a serious breach of these conditions, such as fraudulent use or dissemination of inappropriate content.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid capital. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the user and HyperGym regarding the use of the FitNeon platform.
